Haleakala Ranch Real Estate & Land Management

Since incorporation in 1888, ranch land transactions have been periodic, whether acquiring or divesting landholdings. As part of its long-term strategic plan, the Ranch has identified noncore lands that can be leased or marketed with the option to reinvest the proceeds into income-producing commercial properties in order to provide a stable source of income that can sustain ranching and land stewardship for future generations. Over the past decade, the Ranch has successfully begun implementing this strategy and today has a diversified commercial real estate investment portfolio that provides an important financial foundation that allows the Ranch to pursue its mission.
